Our Services

JR Labs provides rapid prototyping, consulting, and related technology services. Prototypes are intended as proof-of-concept and may not represent a final product.

Use of Services

• You agree to provide accurate information and to use our services only for lawful purposes.
• You are responsible for any content or materials you provide to us.

Payment

Payments are handled on a milestone basis unless otherwise agreed. Work will not proceed without agreed-upon deposits or retainers.

Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise specified in a written agreement, intellectual property created by JR Labs remains the property of JR Labs until full payment is received.

Disclaimer of Liability

Prototypes are experimental and provided “as is.” JR Labs is not liable for damages resulting from the use or misuse of prototypes or consulting advice.

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate services if a client violates these terms or engages in unlawful activity.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the state where JR Labs LLC is registered.
