Refund Policy

At JR Labs LLC, our work involves custom prototyping and consulting services. Because of the time and resources invested in each project, we cannot offer full refunds once work has been performed.

Milestone-Based Projects

• Projects are structured around clear milestones.
• If you choose to discontinue at a milestone, you will not be billed for future milestones.
• Payments already made for completed milestones are non-refundable.

Our Commitment

We aim to “make it right.” If you are dissatisfied with the work, please contact us at jrlabs.net@gmail.com. While we cannot refund completed work, we will work with you to find a fair resolution, which may include adjustments or alternative solutions.

Exceptions

Refunds may be considered in rare cases where no work has yet been performed after a payment has been made.
